Opened in 1975, Es Paradis was designed by Catalan artist Lluís Güell, who created the club's distinctive white interior and Mediterranean architectural style. The pyramid roof was added in 1989, becoming an iconic symbol of San Antonio's nightlife.

The club's famous water parties, "Fiesta Del Agua," began in the 1980s and have become legendary events that continue to attract thousands of party-goers each summer.
